1. Service
What’s the Answer? provides logic and number puzzles for entertainment. Game results, points, levels, and achievements have no real-world monetary value.
2. License
Poy Games grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse-engineer, or modify the app in an unauthorized manner, except where mandatory law permits otherwise.
3. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to harm the app, infrastructure, or other users; bypass security measures; abuse the service through automation; or infringe intellectual-property rights.
4. Saved progress and availability
Progress and preferences are stored on your device. They may be lost if you change devices, uninstall the app, clear its data, or experience a technical failure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
5. Intellectual property
Rights in the app, design, branding, text, graphics, sounds, software, and original content belong to Poy Games or the applicable licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.
6. Third-party services
This version does not include Firebase Analytics, ads or in-app purchases. External links open in your browser. The sites you visit have their own terms. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided “as is.” Our liability for indirect loss, loss of data or progress, or interruptions caused by device or connectivity conditions is limited to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the game, change features, or discontinue the service. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by an updated date or an appropriate in-app notice.
9. Governing law
Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Applicable jurisdiction rules govern any dispute.
